Acceptance

By using Smsito, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating our policies. Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

User Responsibilities

You must comply with all local laws. We prohibit use for illegal activities, fraud, or harassment. Numbers are for verification only - not SMS spamming or abuse.

Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final. We only issue credit if no verification code is sent to the purchased number. Once at least one code is successfully received/visible, the transaction becomes non-refundable.

Chargeback attempts will immediately result in permanent account suspension and credit balance forfeiture.

Changes & Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
